Rita Fucci-Amato is an author of many papers published in conference proceedings and in journals of Brazil, United States, Canada, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Chile, in the areas of music, education, philosophy, voice and management. She has published many papers about the relation between Music & Management, Conducting & Leadership, Maestros & Management, some of them in the annual conferences' proceedings of the Productions and Operations Management Society (POMS) and of the European Operations Management Association (EurOMA).

Nowadays, conductor Fucci Amato is writing the book Management, maestro!, which presents the results of her postdoctorate research about "The work of maestro as manager and the organizational perspective of choral singing: interdisciplinary contributions for managers and conductors", at University of São Paulo (USP).
